Aperitivo Truck is a full service mobile bar and cafe. The Italian inspired menu is designed to cater to weddings, parties, film sets and festivals.
Custom built from a 1962 Grumman stepvan, the Aperitivo truck is sure to turn heads! Aperitivo serves a full espresso bar, cocktail, beer and wine bar and offers Italian meat and cheese plates, fresh baked pastries and other Aperitivo snacks. The mobile kitchen runs exclusively on a lithium battery powerplant which is charged by the sun.
Eating awakens the appetite.
Or as Italians would say “L’appetito vien mangiando.” The experience of aperitivo is a cultural ritual.
